Episode 30: Do I Even Have Anything Meaningful To Say? [Featuring Shaelene Kite]
Do I Even Have Anything Meaningful To Say? Putting yourself out there can be horrifying, however, it leads to opportunities and growth.
How often do we ask ourselves, why me? What do I have to say that's different from someone else?
How often do we actually say "YES" to opportunities and put ourselves out there?
During this episode, I talk with Shaelene Kite, LPC, DBT-LBC, ACS, RYT, the Owner of DBT of South Jersey and RebelMente Coaching.
Powerful quotes include:
- "The world need's everyone's gifts. The saddest thing in the world is wasted talent."
- "Use fear as a gas pedal instead of a brake."
- "I feel really good about what I'm putting into the world but I'm only going to be able to impact so many people."
- "Putting myself out there has led to some incredible experiences that I would never have dreamed of."
